Returns at 3R Green Vision

For returns other then defective, most products can be returned within 30 days providing the items are in a resaleable condition,in original carton or packaging, unopened,unused,no visible markings on carton or packaging. Please note all unwanted products may be subject to a minimum15% restocking fee before taxes. Shipments must be prepaid by the customer along with the product and invoice # of the order.

Defective Original OEM imaging products can be returned by freight collect for exchange within 90 days of purchase,return in the original carton along with a printed example sheet of the problem.
*Some vendor restrictions may apply.

Defective Evergreen Remanufactured imaging laser products can be returned by freight collect within 2 years of purchase and 1 year on inkjets,return in the original carton along with a printed example sheet of the problem.

*To return any products please contact us for an RMA# ( Return Merchandise Approval) prior to shipment.
